| Some of the most beautiful corns that I have seen come from the Green Swamp region of Central Florida. I have seen one dealer sell babies descended from Central Florida bloodlines as "Dream Corns." The most defining characteristic of corns from this area is lots of orange, in both the background and the blotches. In many specimens, the black coloration is reduced. I have observed many corns from Polk, Hillsborough, and Sumter Counties and have kept most colorful specimens for my breeding colony. |
